Originally from Massachusetts, Kathryn moved to Florida in 2007 after graduating from the University of Massachusetts Boston with a B.A. in Classical Studies. Her passion for history is matched only by her love for animals. Throughout her life, she has cared for many rescued cats and dogs, and she continues to advocate for animal welfare in her community. One of Kathryn’s favorite hobbies is horseback riding—something she’s enjoyed since the age of thirteen. She continues to take lessons whenever time allows and dreams of one day owning a small farm of her own.

Since relocating to Florida, Kathryn has lived in both New Smyrna Beach and Port Orange, giving her firsthand insight into the area's lifestyle and housing market.
